Developing your L&D Skillset
Learning and development are what fire me up. I’m the Director of Make Real Progress (a development and coaching company) and I’ve spent my whole 27 year career in L&D.
Over the past 4 years I’ve created networks and communities all focussed on supporting fellow HR and L&D professionals. Developing them to develop others.
I know that September can be a challenge to get back into the swing of things. Perhaps your mojo is still on holiday, or you’re frazzled after a Summer of entertaining kids whilst working?
So let’s get that mojo back where it belongs. Come and join our FREE virtual festival of inspiration to get you FIRED UP AND READY TO GROW.
There are just 100 spaces available on the live sessions, so do make sure you join early to grab your spot.
If you can’t make it to any of the sessions, we’ve got you covered! Hop into my Facebook Community The Progress Club via the link below, and you’ll be able to access all of the video replays in there for a week.
I’ll be hosting you and the wonderful mix of speakers on the day, and can’t wait to see you there!

Speaker Name: Rob Moors
Title of Talk: What it takes to be a great leader
About Rob:
Rob has been in L&D for over 20 years, working at
organisations such as the NHS, Sky and TalkTalk, during which he realised that the standard of leadership within an organisation pretty much predicts the level of success L&D can have – so he began to focus on coaching, learning and
leadership. Rob now runs his own Leadership Coaching business, to help leaders unlock their own potential and that of others… through balancing the demands of performance with a people-focused coaching approach.

Speaker Name: Janie Van Hool
Title of Talk: Executive Presence
About Janie:
I am an author, speaker, facilitator, and teacher in the art of brilliant communication. I support leaders to connect with and inspire their people. I teach in-person and online in one-to-one conversations and interactive group sessions that are playful and experiential, whilst providing challenging and constructive feedback. My focus is on practical ideas, tools and encouragement that create confidence, enable impactful change and shape inclusive, listening cultures.
My award-winning, bestselling book – The Listening Shift – draws on the learning and experiences I gained as a RADA-trained classical actress, a voice teacher (I have an MA in Voice Studies), from my research into Performance Psychology at Edinburgh University and from my years volunteering as a listener for Samaritans in the UK.
