Katy has 25 years international experience as a coach and leadership & talent development specialist, working across a wide variety of businesses.

Andrea is an internationally experienced Talent development specialist, who has supported cohorts of high potential leaders up to ‘C Suite’ level. She helps them to operate to their full potential while being authentic and true to their values. She brings real humour to her work, whilst never shrinking away from saying the ‘unsayable’
Her career history in Marketing, Commercial and Retail leadership roles, have added a commercial and pragmatic approach to her coaching.
Andrea holds an M.A in management studies and psychology, a Diploma in Executive Coaching and a Certificate in Systemic team coaching
Dan is a coach and leadership development specialist with over 15 years’ experience working globally in senior roles. He has worked at Board level, developing individuals and groups to fulfil their potential. As a practical and ‘real world’ coach, his style is described as warm and empathetic, whilst still providing push and challenge to hold you to account.
Working with Dan, individuals gain more confidence and focus in their day to day role.
Dan is qualified via the British Psychological Society to use a range of psychometric tools and theories in support of assessment and learning
Emma has over 20 years’ experience across a range of HR roles, including Leadership Development and Business Partnering, where she focussed on career and talent development at Director level. She has extensive experience in both large corporate environments and small businesses and charities, and so understands the commercial savvy and skills needed to get things done.
When you work with Emma, you will be heard and understood. Clients have described her as having the ability to get to the real issues quickly.
Emma is qualified via the British Psychological Society and others in a range of Psychometric tools for both assessment and development
Bryan is a coach and leadership development expert concentrated on working with senior teams to affect their leadership styles, and the climate they create. His specialisms include team development and coaching, leadership workshops and events, and one-to-one coaching. Bryan’s style is to facilitate change through insight, positive support, and challenge in a psychologically safe environment.
His passion is to help clients shift their thinking, mind-set, and behaviour, creating an effective operating rhythm to become self-sustaining for the future.
Bryan holds an M.B.A, with an MSc. in coaching currently in progress. He is also accredited as a team coach via AoEC.
