With over 25 years coaching, leadership and talent development experience, Katy is a specialist in her field.
People love the passion and energy Katy brings to every session and leave with practical tools and know-how to make real progress.
She consults with HR and L&D teams to understand their context and their needs. And either delivers off-the-shelf programmes or creates bespoke L&D solutions to boost performance and engagement.
Her experience ranges from facilitating large-scale company events, delivering programmes and workshops (in-person and virtually) through to 1-1 leadership coaching.

Emma, Lead Associate, has over 20 years’ experience across a range of HR roles, including Leadership Development and Business Partnering, where she
focused on career and talent development at Director level in a large Financial Services organisation.
She has extensive experience in both large corporate environments and small businesses and charities, and so understands the commercial savvy and skills needed to get things done across multiple sectors.
Emma is qualified via the CIPD and British Psychological Society and others in a range of Psychometric tools for both assessment and development.
Hannah is an executive and career coach with over 25 years’ leadership experience and a former managing director of
an Omnicom-owned content marketing agency, her experience as a global pitch lead has shown her what high-performing teams look like and the impact team dynamics have on commercial success.
Hannah completed her coach training with the prestigious Barefoot coaching and she holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching. As a member of the International Coaching Federation, Hannah undertakes regular CPD and supervision. She has a Mental Health First Aid certificate from MHFA England.
Jon is a coach, facilitator and trainer, working with teams and leaders to understand themselves better and improve the ways they work together.
Jon is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) PCC (Professional Credentialed Coach) and he continues to improve his practice with more learning in the fields of team coaching, Neuro-Linguistic-Programming and systemic constellations in recent years.
He does 1-2-1 leadership and career coaching and is happiest working with a group or team of people sharing the magic of coaching as widely as possible.
Jon is often described as a creative coach, working with (and teaching) visual facilitation techniques & using Lego for coaching and consulting.
Jacqueline is a leadership and career development coach who helps ambitious and introverted managers and leaders to embrace their innate strengths,
and work at their best using their authentic style of leadership.
Jacqueline draws upon her extensive corporate background to support her clients. particularly in the intricacies of organisational dynamics and nuances in the financial services industry.
Jacqueline trained as a coach through Barefoot Coaching, where she completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching. She is a Professional Certified Coach accredited with the International Coaching Federation. She is also a mentor, trainer and DiSC Personality and Behaviour profiling practitioner.
Sarah is an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach who supports leaders to develop clarity, confidence and credibility.
As an ex-BBC science journalist, Sarah is passionate about using insights from neuroscience and mental fitness to support her clients to perform.
Sarah works frequently with clients who are looking to boost their influence, communication and team leadership skills.
Alongside her coaching work, Sarah works in partnership with international clients to design and deliver leadership training.
Sarah trained as a coach with the Coaching Academy and qualified with Distinction in Personal Performance and Corporate & Executive Coaching.
Briony has worked in the Talent Development arena for nearly 20 years, with Global and National businesses with Management Development,
Sales and other relationship skills as her main focus. She’s worked with employees at all levels, from new starters and inexperienced hires to the range of more junior managers and senior leaders.
Briony has completed a number of Leadership Qualifications herself, is an NLP Practitioner and an accredited DiscFlow facilitator.
Briony’s approach is to take the theoretical and make it far more understandable and practical, to have genuine impact in the real world.
Darren is a highly accomplished certified coach, senior leader and systems consultant with 25 years experience across the private and public sectors.
Darren is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
He has also completed training courses in Systemic Coaching & Constellations Foundations, Visual Facilitation and Lego for Coaches.
Jacqui is a qualified coach and trainer with extensive senior leadership roles across Operations and HR, and learning and development.
Jacqui has a passion for guiding and supporting professionals to success through first-class coaching, mentoring, and training as well as supporting leaders and managers to transition from subject matter experts to confident, credible leaders.
Jacqui undertook ICF accredited coach training with FullCircle Development, and is also a certified team coach, and an Emotional Intelligence EQi2.0 practitioner.
Jeanette is a leadership coach for transformative change across the full range of seniority from top tier Execs to accelerated talent.
Jeanette has been coaching for over 20 years and is experienced in both traditional cognitive approaches and tools that work at a deeper level. She holds various coaching qualifications accredited by the EMCC, OSCM and CIPD and loves to invest in her CPD.
Her approach is flexible and she gets a huge buzz from enabling her clients to achieve the meaningful change they seek.
Fran is a Leadership Coach and Facilitator with over 17 years of HR experience up to a senior level across a variety of industries including, Public Sector, Professional Services, Aerospace and Logistics.
Fran trained as a coach with Barefoot coaching having a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching, an ACC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation and accreditation in SHL psychometric and ability assessment tools.
Having partnered with Directors and their leadership teams on many aspects of the people agenda such as team/leadership development and change programmes, Fran is well-placed to coach new and senior leaders alike. Fran has a deep understanding of the complex, fast paced and political landscape leaders find themselves operating within.
Marina is a qualified Performance Coach, NLP Practitioner and DiSC® behavioural assessments consultant with over 20 years experience.
