The course was brilliant, flowed well, lots of opportunity to talk, engage and get involved. Loved how practical it was. I’ve learnt to keep coaching as a resolution rather than starting well and then going "ok so this is what we will do". Also I have learnt that coaching people and supporting them with allowing their thoughts to grow is much more impactful than giving them mine. In short, I’ll be doing more listening, less talking, be more curious and end with clear tangible actions and follow that up.

Such a great mix of content. Katy is excellent at delivering and adapting the programme to the level of the participants. The regular feedback and the end of programme support really help to make sure you revisit and embed the content - something that other courses that I have been on have lacked and it makes a big difference to long term recall and really exploring the content in a good level of depth.

What am I going to differently? FIND THE FULL STOP!!! I can waffle when I’m in a challenging conversation, or I’m not getting the reaction I anticipated. Thanks for the honest feedback – it landed! I’m determined to get better at delivering a message and then stop talking. I now have exactly the tools, words and phrases to help me do that.

I’ve made monumental progress with my key areas of development. Dealing with underperformance, setting up clear working agreements as well as key tools and a coaching framework to keep my team challenged and supported.  Brilliantly facilitated in an inclusive environment. I cannot praise Katy enough, her expertise demeanour, support and the environment she created was world class.

There were a few simple techniques that I implemented at the first available opportunity and I’ve been blown away by how responsive my team have been and how much of a dramatic shift it has made. It’s been transformative to my skills and ability as a line manager.

Developing my team for their next career move – well this can definitely be ticked! 60% of my team have now developed into new roles that better suit their skills and career aspirations. And I have a further team member who after being stagnant (their words!) for 12 years finally has the confidence to go and try something new and add to the breadth of knowledge and experience they already possess.

I took alot more from this programme than I thought I would. Not only did I get specific tactics, I learnt more about me as a person and my impact on others. Learning how to turn up the dial on my assertiveness has been game changing for me. I’ve already put the techniques into practise and seen how powerful they are!

The content and participation was brilliant. Katy delivered a tailored programme which exceeded our expectations. The techniques and exercises were really powerful, easy to understand and retain.

I took something away from every single module. I’m already seeing an impact and this is just the beginning. I’ll use the toolkits for the rest of my career – I found the programme invaluable.

The pace and the content of the programme were just right. Going into enough depth, without being rushed. I felt like I was being really stretched, which is what I wanted. I started using several of the techniques during the programme with success. I found examples of the words and phrases to be particularly helpful. I definitely benefitted from putting it all into practise!
