Building the confidence and skillsets for 12 of their people leaders, ranging from 1st time, newly appointed managers to members of the Senior Leadership Team

Our flagship LEAD! programme, with a few adaptations, including bespoking a final group coaching session to fit their needs

The results

An average increase of 31% in their perception of skill and confidence levels from before to after the programme, across the 5 modules.

With an outstanding 42% increase in skills and confidence in the core focus area of ‘Lead Performance’ focussing on: Setting clear expectations, giving and receiving feedback, holding effective 1-1 conversations

What was it like to work with us?

I've had the privilege of working with Katy for a couple of years now on both Presentation Skills and Leadership Training, and I can honestly say that from start to finish, Katy exceeded our expectations.

What did they think of the programme and what difference has it made?
