We cover the behavioural science and psychology of influence combined with a range of tools to make it practical and memorable. We get hands on with a range of techniques during the programme so that it can all be implemented immediately.
As a result, participants learn to:
- Speak up for what they want and need to happen
- Give clear feedback to others
- Present with clarity, brevity and impact
- See problems and challenges from others’ perspectives
- Build their network and strong relationships with others at all levels
- Communicate complex ideas in simple and compelling ways
