Our programme focusses on 6 key tactics to really expand your influence toolkit. You’ll learn the techniques to:

- Building your awareness of yourself and your stakeholders
- Practising and getting the feedback to hone your techniques
- Expanding your personal power range in a variety of situations
PRE PROGRAMME

- Complete a diagnostic questionnaire to highlight strengths and areas of focus
- Consider what you want to achieve and who your influence role models are
- Brief reading and video so you’re ready to dive straight into the 1st session
PROGRAMME OPTIONS
OPTION ONE: Full in-house programme
A 2 day Face to Face intensive programme run inside your organisation for a maximum of 12 delegates (additional delegates can be added if we also include an additional facilitator)
This can also be run virtually as 4 half days
OPTION TWO: Fundamental in-house programme
A 1 day Face to Face programme run inside your organisation for a maximum of 12 delegates (additional delegates can be added if we also include an additional facilitator)
This can also be run virtually as 2 half days
OPTION THREE: Open programme
We also offer occasional open programmes for companies who don’t have enough delegates for an in-house programme, or for individuals who are self-funding.
These are run on a waitlist basis and when we have enough interest, we’ll contact you with date options.
OPTION FOUR: Bespoke programme
Some of our clients ask us to tailor our content to their specific context and we’re happy to help.
As an example, we can include elements focussing on specific scenarios, or include additional content on areas such as negotiation or mindset.
