WE CAN MIX & MATCH OUR OFFERINGS TO MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

OUR MIX & MATCH TRAINING

Do you need development that isn’t a whole programme for one group of people? Perhaps you’re looking for a range of options which people can join according to their specific needs. Well, you’re in the right place!

Some of our customers told us they wanted management development, but not the whole Lead programme. Others wanted a shorter version of Influence ABC®. So we listened!

Our new Mix & Match is specially designed to cover some of our most frequent requests for development. You can choose just one session, or … mix and match several. We can run them in-person, or virtually. The key word here is flexibility.

Delegation & empowerment

You can’t deliver everything yourself, but you don’t have the time to get others up to speed or feel that you can’t trust them to do it well. It’s a familiar predicament. But there are ways to tackle it.

We'll be covering:

  • Your specific delegation barriers and challenges
  • Identifying how ready your team members are to take on additional responsibility and the tasks you’re able to delegate
